Dear Future Homeowners,

I have lived on 350 Tillou Road since 1967. I was 15 years old when I moved here with my parents and sisters from Newark. It was quite a change from the city. We quickly embraced being here. We never had a tree on our property and now we had 32! Suddenly I was mowing lawns and vacuuming the swimming pool!

I lived here until I got married but then returned in 1990 with my wife and 2 children.

What I have always loved about the house is its sense of family. My children and their cousins were taught to swim in our pool.
There have been numerous parties hosted here including birthdays, graduations, christenings, wedding rehearsal parties and a 50 year anniversary party for our being in this house.

This house is a home. It’s been loved by my family.

My sincere hope is that the next owners are as happy here as I was with all of the generations of my family. I hope the love we all have for our beloved home extends to those who next have the privilege to live here.
